Here at Story Homes, our Customer Care team pride themselves on providing a friendly, easily accessible, knowledgeable and efficient service, with the minimum of fuss. Our ethos is ‘just do it’, which means we react quickly to our customers’ requests and queries, providing information, and organising remedial works timely, and as efficiently as possible, using skilled tradesmen and our own Customer Care technicians, providing a completely professional and extensive service.
Our Customer Care team can be contacted by phone, post, email and text. However our customers choose to contact us, they are assured of a professional and efficient service at all times.
