A Public Consultation Event was held at Lazonby Village Hall on Wednesday 13th February 2013 to discuss our proposals for the land off Scaur Lane, Lazonby.
Magellan Park Phase 2
Our popular Magellan Park development at Whitehaven will soon see the release of the eagerly awaited Phase 2 - the first phase sold out early. The new phase, to the south of the existing development, includes 3 and 4-bedroom properties with a mix of 24 (no) semi detached and detached properties.
Mabel Wood, Great Clifton

Birkbeck Gardens, due to be released mid-May, is named after Francis Birkbeck, a brewer from the town. It is thought that 'Frank's Bridge' in the town is also named after him.

A drop in consultation event was held at Biggar Municipal Hall on Wednesday 14th March 2012 between 1pm & 7pm.
