Status: A public exhibition took place on Thursday 6 March 2014 at The Abbey House Hotel in Barrow-in-Furness. The opportunity to comment on the consultation information has now passed. We intend to submit a planning application in April 2014.

Land off Willow Drive/ Ribby Road, Wrea Green, Fylde

Story Homes is proposing to bring up to 100 new build homes to land off Willow Drive/ Ribby Road in the village of Wrea Green. This would include up to 30 'affordable' homes. Status: A public exhibition took place on Wednesday 5 March 2014 at the Wrea Green Institute in Wrea Green. The opportunity to comment on the consultation information has now passed. We propose to submit an outline planning application in April 2014.

Status: A planning application has now been submitted and we are awaiting a decision from the local authority.

Off Stockton Road, Sedgefield, Co. Durham

The Diocese of Durham and Story Homes are proposing to build up to 415 high quality new homes on land south of Eden Drive in Sedgefield, County Durham. For more information please view our consultation presentation boards.

Status: A planning application has now been submitted to the local authority for this scheme and we are awaiting a decision from them.

Langwathby, Cumbria

Peacock Gap, Morpeth

The proposal is to deliver approximately 40 high quality new homes on approximately three hectares of land at Peacock Gap, to the north of Morpeth. Please visit www.morpethconsultation.co.uk.

Status: A public consultation was held on Tuesday 16th July 2013 in Morpeth. We hope to submit a planning application in Spring/ Summer 2014.

Strawberry How, Cockermouth

We are proposing to develop land close to Strawberry How in Cockermouth, providing a mix of market and affordable homes. Please visit the consultation website.

Status: An initial consultation event was held in May 2013. A second consultation event was held on 17th September. This consultation is now closed for comment. A planning application is due to be submitted in early 2014.

Camelot Theme Park, Chorley
