Detailed below is the recruitment process for our Aspire Apprenticeship scheme. It may seem like a long process to go through but don’t be put off! Every stage has been built to allow you to show your full potential – we have all been in your shoes and so every part of this process has been designed to give you the opportunity to shine.

1. Online Application

As part of our Apprenticeship Recruitment process we request that you complete an online application form to help us better understand your skills, attributes and experience.

2. Telephone Interview

This is our way of getting to know you a bit better. It will focus on what you have detailed in the application form and allow us to understand why you have chosen Story Homes as an employer.

3. Team Assessment

The team assessment day is a great way to see you in action. There will be a mix of activities such as small team or individual tasks, whole group tasks and an interview.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted promptly and a full pack of the terms and benefits of your role will be sent out in the post.
