Every stage has been built to allow you to show your full potential – we have all been in your shoes and so every part of this process has been designed to give you the opportunity to shine.

Telephone Interview

This is our way of getting to know you a bit better. It will focus on what you have detailed in your cover letter to understand what you know about us and why you have chosen Story Homes as an employer.

Team Assessment

The team assessment day is a great way to see you in action. There will be a mix of activities such as small team or individual tasks, whole group tasks and an interview.
