We now have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our dedicated Customer Service team based in Newcastle. Using your excellent customer service and communication skills, you will provide a high quality after sales service to our customers, answering all customer service contacts in line with set targets and quality expectations.
As our Customer Service Advisor you will co-ordinate the daily workloads of the Customer Service Technicians and the day to day handling, reporting and resolution of customer service queries. This is a demanding role and the ability to prioritise work as well as a high level of attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, good working knowledge of IT systems and the ability to work both independently and as part of the wider team are a must.
