We now have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Technician to join our dedicated Customer Service team covering numerous sites in the North East.
Using your passion for our high quality product and your excellent customer service and communication skills, you will conduct remedial work at customer properties to our quality standards as directed by the Customer Service Team. You will have the autonomy to manage your own workload to agreed diarised activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
You must be a qualified Joiner with basic plumbing, tiling and decorating experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills, high-levels of attention to detail and the ability to travel independently to sites in the North East area are essential. A company van will be provided along with the essential equipment to deliver the role.
