In 2015-16, Story Homes delivered 565 new homes to the market and in 2016-17 Story Homes delivered 807 new homes across three well established regions in Cumbria, The North East and the North West. This figure is set to increase to around 1,000 new homes per annum in 2017 with our current business plan seeing these numbers to increase to over 1700 by 2021.

Your Future

We now have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Land Team based at our office in Chorley on a fixed term full time contract to cover maternity leave. As our Land Administrator you will provide a front line support to the Land team function. Reporting into the Land Director you will work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing and producing all administrative-related paperwork.

Ideal candidates for either role will be efficient and have excellent administrative and organisational skills, and able to prioritise workloads. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Previous Administration experience providing professional support, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a busy office environment is required. Experience in house building or within this field is preferable.
