We now have an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join our Commercial team working across Cheshire and Lancashire. You will have the opportunity to contribute to growing the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company and driving through efficiencies and standardisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our business as part in a fast moving business with excellent career prospects.
The role is currently based at our Regional Office in Chorley.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team working across a number of varied projects and new site bids. Key responsibilities include preparing financial viabilities and managing the financial changes on all projects through the assessment and input of accurate information and the preparation of abnormal cost reports. Establishing strong working relationships across a number of departments including commercial, technical, sales and production is key and challenging proposed solutions and costings on a project by project basis will maximise land value and profitability whilst championing best practice.
Experience of Coins Land Appraisal module would be beneficial, but is not essential.
