This year (2017/18) Story Homes hopes to build more than 1000 homes. In 2012/13 the developer built 151 homes, 240 homes in 2013/14, 410 homes in 2014/15 and 565 homes in 2015/16. In 2016/17, Story Homes built more than 800 new homes across its three key regions.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented sales executive to join our team based on one of our fantastic sites in the North East.
Our sales team pride themselves on being friendly, flexible and efficient, providing a professional and personal service which is second to none. You will be the face of Story Homes, meeting customers and introducing them to our aspirational homes. By using your passion for our high quality product, you will negotiate sales whilst managing the customer experience to deliver an exceptional service from beginning to end, using your excellent interpersonal skills to build productive internal relationships and exceed site sales targets.
