Land south of Elwick Road, High Tunstall
Proposal
Hartlepool Borough Council has granted permission for our reserved matters planning application to build 162 high quality new homes on land south of Elwick Road in Hartlepool.
The High Tunstall site is allocated for residential development in the adopted Hartlepool Local Plan (May 2018) as part of a wider allocation for approximately 1,200 dwellings with a new distributor road, local centre, primary school and amenity open space.
Our proposals will create a sustainable and integrated development that will make an important contribution to the Borough’s housing supply. The proposed development would deliver a mix of house types including terraced, semi-detached, and detached dwellings.
We anticipate that work on site will begin from January 2021, with the first homes due for completion in autumn 2021.
Full details of the submitted application can be viewed on Hartlepool Council’s website using the application reference H/2020/0048.
