Following the approval of outline planning permission in February 2022 (20/01399/OUTMAJ), Story Homes is progressing detailed plans for a proposed residential development of 118 homes on land adjacent to Blainscough Hall, Blainscough Lane in Coppull. The proposals include a mix of one to five-bedroom high quality new homes, with 30% of the properties being affordable. The proposed scheme offers a range of house type including apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, as well as areas of public open space. Story Homes welcomes your comments on the proposed scheme by 18 August 2023.   • The proposed development will deliver 118 high quality new homes ranging from one to five-bedrooms.
  • The scheme will deliver 30% affordable housing, including intermediate and rented properties.
  • New areas of open space will be created within the development, for use by residents and the local community.
  • The development will deliver approximately £530,000 in financial contributions, to the benefit of the local community. Contributions will go towards Education, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
