Proposal

Following the approval of outline planning permission in February 2022 (20/01399/OUTMAJ), Story Homes is progressing detailed plans for a proposed residential development of 118 homes on land adjacent to Blainscough Hall, Blainscough Lane in Coppull. The proposals include a mix of one to five-bedroom high quality new homes, with 30% of the properties being affordable. The proposed scheme offers a range of house type including apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, as well as areas of public open space. Story Homes welcomes your comments on the proposed scheme by 18 August 2023. You can either submit your comments online or email consultation@storyhomes.co.uk.
