Following the approval of outline planning permission in February 2022 (20/01399/OUTMAJ), Story Homes is progressing detailed plans for a proposed residential development of 118 homes on land adjacent to Blainscough Hall, Blainscough Lane in Coppull. The proposals include a mix of one to five-bedroom high quality new homes, with 30% of the properties being affordable. The proposed scheme offers a range of house type including apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached homes, as well as areas of public open space.
