Proposal

Story Homes has submitted a Reserved Matters planning application for circa 102 new homes on Land at Berrymead Farm, Darlington. The scheme will offer a range of two to five-bedroom homes, including 20 affordable units. This scheme will deliver a number of benefits such as the provision of much needed market and affordable homes, as well as attractive landscaping and public open space. There will also be improvements to cycle and pedestrian connectivity, encouraging sustainable travel. We anticipate a decision from Darlington Borough Council in March 2022.
