Reserved Matters Application

Story Homes has submitted a reserved matters application to build 50 new high quality new homes on this site.
Our proposals would create a sustainable and integrated development that will make an important contribution to the district’s housing supply. The proposed development will deliver a mix of dwellings, and some of these will be affordable homes.

Full details of the application can be viewed at Fylde Borough Council using the application reference 18/0318. A decision is anticipated in Winter 2018.

The proposals would include up to 30% affordable housing provision that would be allocated to local people.
The development would support existing local employment and would assist with job creation, through new opportunities for local sub-contractors and the supply chain.

The proposals will include the creation of new open space that will benefit local people and new residents alike.
