Story Homes has submitted a reserved matters planning application to build up to 115 high quality new homes on this site.
Our proposals would create a sustainable and integrated development that would make an important contribution to the Borough’s housing supply. The proposed development would deliver a mix of house types including terraced, semi-detached, and detached dwellings of which up to 10% will be affordable.
