Proposal

Story Homes is preparing a full application for circa 180 dwellings on Land off Seaton Road, Seaton, Workington. The proposed scheme will include a range of two to five bedroom family homes including affordable housing. This scheme will deliver a number of benefits such as the provision of much needed market and affordable homes. We are proposing to submit the application to Allerdale Borough Council in summer 2022 and would expect a decision spring 2023
