Detailed Planning Application
South of Low Road, Halton
In April 2018, Lancaster City Council granted detailed planning persmission for 76 high quality new homes on this site.
Our proposals would create a sustainable and integrated development that would make an important contribution to the district’s housing supply. The proposed development would deliver a mix of family homes, and some of these new homes will be affordable.

Meeting housing needs
The site will provide a range of family accommodation, with a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, that will help to meet local housing needs, including the provision of new affordable homes within the development.
Our proposals will support existing local businesses and help create additional employment through new opportunities for local sub-contractors and the supply chain.
Our proposals will provide up to 40% affordable housing that will be allocated for use by people with a local connection to the area. The affordable homes are anticipated to be a mixture of 2 and 3-bedroom properties
Our proposals will deliver any necessary highways works, with the detailed design and timescales for implementation to be agreed with the highways authority.
