Allerdale Borough Council has resolved to grant permission for our Reserved Matters Application for 224 high quality new homes on this site. Our proposals will create a sustainable and integrated development and will follow on from our award winning phase 1 development.  The proposed development will deliver a mix of house types, and 100 of these new homes will be affordable.  To see our proposals click on the Approved Plan tab below.
