Last Friday we successfully launched the brand new Hawthorn Grange development in Seaton. The exclusive launch event took place at Hunday Manor Country House Hotel in Workington with over 70 people in attendance – with many queuing outside the doors ahead of the highly anticipated event.
We are pleased to note that during the drop-in session, two plots at the new development were reserved, and a further four customers opted to place Early Bird reservations.
Jill Armstrong was the first person in the queue at the launch event and was the first of two customers to purchase a plot. She said: “I’ve been waiting for over a year for this development to launch and so I was over the moon when I was able to officially reserve plot 2, a 3-bed Hastings house type. I have a number of friends who own a Story Home and I was really impressed by the quality of the build and also the amazing specification of the houses. I can’t wait to move into my new home.”
Hawthorn Grange will feature a collection of two, three and four-bedroom semi detached and detached properties offering up to 1,795 sq ft of living space. As well as a high specification throughout, the homes will feature exteriors incorporating brick, render and stone, adding to the charm of the area and creating the attractive street scenes for which Story Homes is renowned.
Hayley Blair, Head of Sales at Story Homes explained: “Our launch event for Hawthorn Grange was a real success and we’re thrilled that two visitors reserved plots on the day. This high-quality and sensitively designed scheme will complement the existing character of the village and provide open space for use by the whole community, and will see £485,000 invested in local services through the New Homes Bonus.”
The development will respect the surrounding landscape and provide up to 1,200 square meters of public open space and up to 120 square meters of equipped play area.
Hawthorn Grange will be marketed from Cairns Park, Stainburn, until the marketing cabin opens on site in March 2018.
