Meet the team at Priory View, Finchale

With our Priory View development progressing well, we are excited to introduce the team that will be bringing these exclusive new homes to Finchale, Durham.

Gavin Thompson is one of Story Homes’ experienced Site Managers and will be overseeing the build of the new Priory View development. Gavin has 15 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, starting out as a plasterer then progressing through the ranks to become a Site Manager.

He said: “Although Story Homes is a growing business, it has a fantastic family-orientated feel. It’s often the perception that new-build homes are ‘boxes’ but what we build definitely stands out from the crowd – it’s all in the detail!”

Kath Marshall, Sales Executive, will be responsible for selling the new homes at Priory View. She has 13 years’ experience of selling homes and has worked for Story for 18 months.

She said: “I love the style of the homes that we build and it’s fantastic that we can cater for so many different types of buyer – from growing families to young people taking their first steps on the property ladder. The high specification of our homes is what makes us stand out from other housebuilders in the area.”

Priory View will be a high-quality development of 92 homes. It will feature a mixture of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes from The Story Collection, each strong in build and character.

The attractive exteriors will incorporate stone, brick and render, making the street scenes unique and each home different.

As well as exquisite exteriors, internally there will be designs that reflect modern living, giving more space in each room. Each home has a high specification throughout that includes integrated kitchen appliances and many other features as standard; fencing, turf, patios and bi-fold doors to name a few.

We are looking to launch Priory View to the public in early April and we’ll keep you updated on the progress of the development!
