From the first visit to the show homes at Tithe Gardens to reservation of our new home and beyond we have had excellent customer service. The sales executive on site, Tracey, is fantastic and nothing is ever too much trouble. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and you're always kept updated. Tithe Gardens is such a lovely development and we can't wait to move to our new house in January.

From the outset Fiona was very helpful, both in accommodating us for an appointment and answering our many questions. She covered, clearly, the items which came as standard with our plot, and those which could be upgraded and added-on. Michael arranged an electrician visit very quickly and let us know what was happening with our problem. He then followed up on the afternoon of their visit to carry out the repairs to check that we were happy with their work and that everything was now working. We are very happy with their service given by Story homes aftercare
