Chloe and I really want to send the biggest thank you to Emma for helping us find our perfect home after 3 years of searching. I’m actually sat here now in our new place feeling genuinely grateful. It really is a dream come true. Emma has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I've bought a Wain Homes house in the past and, to be honest, now I truly understand how much better things could have been. The attention to detail and the level of communication with Story has really opened my eyes. They have set the bar for what a good house builder should be. Emma guided us from start to finish including a home demo the week before we moved in. You can tell she loves what she does and she's so very good at making a stressful process calm and straightforward. The part exchange scheme has really helped us with our move. We recieved a generous offer on our property that was very competitive with the open market. The process was quick and the solicitors reccomended to us have been really good! The finish on our new home is outstanding. Our snagger was impressed right from the start, spotting only a few minor things - nothing major at all. Any small issues we did raise were sorted almost immediately, in some cases within just 10 minutes. We’ve now been in 3 or 4 days and the support hasn’t stopped. The site team have been friendly and clear throughout the purchase and kept us updated every step of the way. We never felt left in the dark or like we were waiting for answers. Emma is also one of the friendliest people you could meet and very easy to talk to. Thanks again for everything. We couldn't be happier.
