We had a great experience with Amanda at Scotby Grove when reserving our new build plot today. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The whole process felt smooth and reassuring, and she was always happy to answer our questions and we had a lot! A really positive start to our new build journey.

Fiona in sales was extremely helpful, supportive and friendly throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop at all stages. Our first viewing of our new home was exciting and productive. Jamie and Fiona both explained the operation of the house which was very helpful. Sam came round a week after we moved in to check everything was okay. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. We are so happy with our new Story Home.
