We’re still in the early stages of buying our new home, but the experience so far has been excellent. From our first visit, the team have been friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. Fiona in Sales has been fantastic — always welcoming, always happy to explain things clearly, and never once making us feel like any question was too small or too repetitive. Her support has made the whole process feel much less daunting. The site team, led by Jamie, have also been brilliant. They’ve taken the time to talk us through the build, answer our queries, and give us confidence in the quality of what’s being delivered. One of the reasons for choosing the development was how impressed we were with the site tidiness and visible H&S unlike some sites we had visited. We’ve just completed our extras/choices meeting, and the guidance we’ve had so far has been spot‑on. It’s been a really positive experience so far, and we’re looking forward to the next steps. We don't normally review until a purchase/ service is completed however we felt that the customer service to date required recognition.
