We were aware of the great reputation Story Homes have and having seen a plot we liked at The Fairways in Penrith we went to another development to see it as a show home. Sarah at Edgehill Park in Whitehaven was full of information and sat with us for a long while, showing us the plot and development in detail, she also arranged an appointment for us with Ruby at the Fairways. Ruby was amazing, she was took us through exactly where the house was in its build process and gave us all the information we needed. She didn't pressure us into any decisions, asked us to take it all and have a think. We went back the following day and reserved the plot. We felt completely confident in her and the information she had given us. Given the fact that the house was further along we had some choices to make that would need to happen soon, Ruby was away over the weekend so she brought in her colleague Kendra and we made an appointment with her. Kendra was equally as professional and so informative on what was possible and how it would work. We made all our decisions that day. All we can say is this team made all the difference. They were all so professional and knowledgeable that it took away any nerves we had and we are now so excited to buy our new Home. We live a long way from the area and were worried about trying to do things from so far away but not anymore. Amazing, we have total confidence in them. Brilliant.
