We’re currently in the process of looking to purchase a plot at Elmbrook Park with Story Homes, and we felt compelled to leave a review because the experience so far has genuinely stood out compared to other developers we’ve spoken with. For us, the biggest difference has been the sales agents Emma and Eden. Both have been absolutely fantastic from the very first visit. They know every detail about the development and the homes, and no matter what questions we’ve asked they’ve always had clear, knowledgeable answers. Their professionalism combined with a very friendly and approachable attitude has made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable rather than stressful. They’ve taken the time to walk through everything properly, explain options clearly, and make sure we feel comfortable with each step. It’s rare to find people who are both highly knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming, and Emma and Eden really are superb at what they do. We also attended a “Muddy Boots” walk around event on the site, which was a great opportunity to see the development in more detail. As an added surprise we actually won a Fortnum & Mason hamper from Story Homes, which was a lovely touch and just added to the overall positive experience. From our experience so far, Story Homes have been excellent, and Emma and Eden in particular have made a huge impression. If the rest of the buying journey continues in the same way, we’ll be extremely happy customers.
