Michael on the Aftercare team has been very helpful at dealing with some issues. He has quickly organised for inspectors/technicians to deal with problems and kept me informed throughout. He has called to follow up and ensure that jobs have been completed and to check that issues have been resolved. Great customer service provided.

Submitted a change request thinking i would have to wait weeks to get the approval. This was turned around in 2 days which was amazing. I also got quick and clear communications from Michael at Story Homes Aftercare through out the process. Thanks !!
