Your Story
We are looking for a Development Manager to join our team in the North East region, based in Newcastle.
This role will involve supporting, managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the pre-development process (land and planning, design, engineering activities) from site identification to planning approval and site start.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of legal contracts, natural organisational skills and a minimum of 2 years experience in residential land acquisition, planning, technical services or project management.
