Your Story
To support our growth in theĀ region, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, based in the North East.
This role will involve managing the sales team to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering 5* customer experience to achieve the North East business plan. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by working with the Sales Director to drive the development and high performance of the sales function.
We are looking for someone with experience of sales management within the house building industry who is customer focused, has a proactive and innovative sales approach, excellent negotiation and customer service skills, as well as a strong coaching and development management style with a focus on the development of their team.
