Your Story
We are looking for a Technical Co-ordinator to join our team in the North West region, based in our Chorley office.
Story Homes are undergoing an exciting period of growth, having secured a number of new development sites and are also active in the land acquisition market. To support our regional technical team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Co-ordinator.
As the Technical Co-ordinator you will play a key role in the management of multi-utility services, co-ordination of our site adoption process and oversee the appointment and handover of our open space provisions. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by providing valuable support to technical colleagues, co-ordinating key technical processes as efficiently and accurately as possible, making cost and time savings for the business.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and organised, has experience of co-ordinating processes or projects within the construction industry and has a willingness to learn and good IT skills. Technical and housebuilding knowledge is desired but not essential as training and support on the Technical processes will be provided.
