I have been with Story Homes since 2013 working in Land and Planning as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. I wanted to work at Story Homes because I have a passion for housing delivery and creating desirable places to live. I feel Cumbria and South Scotland needs new quality and sustainable housing and that we are playing our part in delivering this. I have broadened my skills base in a reputable and, most importantly, local housing company.
Working closely with external parties such as landowners, agents and Local Planning Authorities, I lead a small but highly motivated team, securing new land agreements and planning permissions to the business.
