I like working with people and I spend pretty much all day talking to our site teams or our customers. I’m out on site regularly and I’ve learnt so much in my role. I can give advice on how to use your boiler most efficiently, or how to help ‘bed in’ your home or how to maintain your new turf. The list goes on!
One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is when I get to introduce myself and the customer service team to new customers. To be able to reach out to the customer before they need us and to discuss the excitement of their new home is a very gratifying part of the role.
