As HR Advisor, my role is to provide support and guidance to managers and employees on employment law and best practice. The main elements of my role include recruiting new talent, designing HR policies and toolkits and advising on employee relations areas such as disciplinary and grievance, performance management and absence management.
Working on recruitment has been fantastic as it has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of people across the organisation and gain a better understanding of what each discipline offers and how this contributes to the overall success of the business and the production of our quality homes.
Everyone works really hard as a team at Story Homes as everyone is passionate about what we do; building high quality homes.
