I am responsible for the day-to-day running of sales. I support the sales team throughout the customer journey from reservation all the way to completion. I work closely with other departments to ensure sales are processed as smoothly and quickly as possible. I also train new starters to ensure they are comfortable with our systems.
My role is really varied which is why I enjoy it so much. One day I will be in the office and the next I will be out on site at a Show Home opening.
I work with a great team who are all really supportive. I like working for a company that genuinely cares and values its staff.
I wasn’t familiar with Story Homes before I applied for my role, but as soon as I started to research the company and had my interview I was completely sold!
