Your Story
We are looking for a Senior Planning Manager to join our team in the North East region, based in Newcastle.
This role will involve leading on the preparation of all planning application submissions to achieve timely, implementable and commercially sound planning permissions and any ancillary consents required under planning legislation to support effective site starts.
We are looking for someone with 5 years or more planning experience, has a working knowledge of the contractual obligations concerning planning submissions and is able to lead on managing, preparing and submitting planning applications.
