We are thoroughly enjoying our home after the first 6 months. We have encountered minimal issues and when any issues have came up, Michael and the aftercare team have provided swift assistance in getting things sorted. Also would like to mention Sean who was our sales executive who provided constant updates and support from the very beginning and all the way throughout our buying journey.

Wonderful experience . I have just had my house completion on Robinson fields . Amber and Brooke have been absolutely outstanding . From buying my plot keeping me updated to my home demonstration . They have been so friendly professional and encouraging helping me through the experience to make it as stress free as possible . The builder that gave me the home demonstration was clear and through give me helpful advice and guided me through the process of managing my new home . He was lovely and approachable and. answered my questions with the knowledge and confidence . I would absolutely recommend this company for buying a house . The finish on my house is amazing . The build itself the interior is finished to highest standard . I am in absolute awe of the standard . This company builds the most beautiful homes and i can only praise everyone involved in building them . Thankyou so much and especially to Amber and Brooke who I initially was so impressed with their service that I bought the home in the first place . If I could give you 10 stars I would !!!

We haven’t moved into our new home yet, but our experience with Story Homes so far has been really positive. Laura has been fantastic throughout the process! She has kept us updated, explained everything clearly, and has always been helpful and approachable whenever we’ve had questions. We had a great experience with Amanda at Scotby Grove when reserving our new build plot today. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. The whole process felt smooth and reassuring, and she was always happy to answer our questions and we had a lot! A really positive start to our new build journey.

Fiona in sales was extremely helpful, supportive and friendly throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop at all stages. Our first viewing of our new home was exciting and productive. Jamie and Fiona both explained the operation of the house which was very helpful. Sam came round a week after we moved in to check everything was okay. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. We are so happy with our new Story Home.
