My experience with Story Homes has been fantastic from start to end. Tracey was always friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to answer every question I had. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, keeping me updated at every stage. Mick has also been great. He was happy to walk me through everything, explain details about the property, and ensure everything was completed to a high standard before handover. As a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning when we first started our journey which was almost two years ago, into buying a storys home we felt the sales representatives were very friendly and informative. Amber saw us through most of our journey. We did have a few hiccups at first as we didn't get our first choice of home, however I believe it was for the best as the home we have chosen the Hartfort is beautiful and right for us as a family. Amber always kept us in the loop and helped every step of the way until she had to go on maternity. From then Brook and the Rachel took over our remaing part, and again they were very friendly and helpful. We have not known Rachel very long however we felt very comfortable with her and she made us feel special and excited about completion of our home. When we were given our keys Rachel was very thorough and I was really impressed how knowledgeable she was. I hope that the aftercare team will be as good as the sales team. We are absolutely over the moon with our storys home.

We have used the aftercare service on a number of occasions, over the warranty period, mainly for leaks. The service from the Aftercare team has been excellent; from logging the incident, to arranging contractors plus checking the works were completed satisfactorily. It was always speedy, professional helpful and friendly.

Tracey was very professional but friendly when we visited Tithe Meadow. She looked after us exceptionally well when we visited the site and explained everything so well. The houses at Story homes are beautifully made and the staff or so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.
