A hatrick for Story Homes as they once again join an elite number of winners as the UK Property Awards are revealed.

If you are wishing to find the ultimate property developers across the length and breadth of the UK, where better to look than the winners list of a highly acclaimed industry competition? The results of the UK Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television have just been announced, putting a chosen few leading companies firmly in the limelight, both nationally and internationally.

One of these rightly proud winners is Story Homes who has won an award in the category of Best Development for their Summerpark development in Dumfries, for the third consecutive year and adding to its prestigious Scottish Home of the Year award won earlier this year. The third phase of this executive development has just been released and remains an exceptionally popular site with 3 and 4 bedroom properties, priced from £145,950. Like phases one and two, the new phase oozes quality and high specification with plenty of ‘wow factor yet with a realistic price tag; attributes for which the house builder is renowned.

The event is part of the International Property Awards, the worlds most prestigious competition dedicated to finding the best real estate professionals across the globe. The fact that Story Homes has won one of these coveted awards is proof that Dumfries and Galloway is not only capable of competing at this level but also triumphing within the highly competitive UK property arena.

Louise McGuckin, Sales Manager for Story Homes said of winning the award, “We are delighted to win this award for the third year running. Summerpark is an exceptional development, offering a superb mix of house styles and layouts, which continue to impress our buyers. Theres never been a better time to buy with some great deals around. A visit to our show home at Dumfries will highlight why our homes are so popular and continue to win so many awards.”

Entries from the top scoring winners of the UK Property Awards are currently being re-judged as they compete against other winning companies from Europe & Africa, the Americas, Arabia and Asia Pacific to find the ultimate Worlds Best in each category. The results of the grand final of the International Property Awards will also be disclosed at the gala presentation dinner in London.

Much of the judging has been carried by the International Property Awards esteemed panel of judges at the London offices of Bloomberg Television but entries were also outsourced to leading experts in each particular field throughout the world. This years judges included Luke McKend, industry head property markets of Google UK and Helen Shield, editor-in-chief of International Homes Luxury Collection magazine.
