The wait is nearly over for the launch of Brigsteer Rise, coming to Kendal in late Spring. Register your details to be kept up to date on our progress and find out more about the beautiful homes we’re bringing to the area.

Brigsteer Rise will feature a collection of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, each strong in build and character.

The exceptional exteriors will incorporate brick, stone and render, making the street scenes unique and your house different from your neighbours’.

Internally you will benefit from spacious modern living and a high quality specification throughout. The kitchens are fitted with fully integrated AEG appliances, along with many other features included as standard, such as bi-fold doors, chrome towel rails and turf to the front and rear gardens to name a few.

We’ll be building some of our most beautiful house types at Brigsteer Rise, including the Milford, Hartford, Wexford and Linford. Whilst the homes at Brigsteer Rise will be slightly different to our usual house type range and will therefore have different names, you can still browse our house types page to find a home with a layout that works for you.

Many of our bathrooms feature double ended baths and separate walk-in showers, and you have the option to add some upgraded items in this room too, whether that’s an LED lit mirror above the sink, or fully tiled walls.

Internal Finishes

It’s all in the detail. Our spacious homes are finished with Jasmine white paint, making the perfect blank canvas, and feature ceilings that are higher, bringing in lots of natural light. Our staircases are finished with contemporary softwood spindles painted white, and an oak square newel post, capping and oak handrail. For those who are tech savvy, we include media plates to the lounge and family areas, as well as USB sockets to the kitchen, lounge and main bedroom.

External Finishes

Our homes are filled with character on the inside and out. We use a variety of brick, stone and render across our developments, as well as different coloured front doors and garages, to create attractive street scenes and make your home feel different to your neighbours’. Our gardens are that bit bigger and we include turf, a paved patio, fence panels and an access gate as standard, with French or bi-fold doors that create a seamless link between your home and garden.
