Kitchen

Choosing a kitchen to suit your style is important, which is why we offer a beautiful selection of worktop and cupboard colours and styles in all our designer kitchens. With high quality integrated appliances included as standard, which can include a large induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and double ovens, you’ll have everything you need. Plus, we pride ourselves on offering spacious, open plan kitchens with many that include a dining and family area too, as well as a stylish kitchen island. Not forgetting the French or bi-fold doors that come as standard too.

Bathrooms

We design bathrooms with space for the whole family that include stylish white sanitaryware, heated chrome towel rails and your choice of beautiful Porcelanosa tiles. Many of our bathrooms feature double ended baths and separate walk-in showers, and you have the option to add some upgraded items in this room too, whether that’s an LED lit mirror above the sink, or fully tiled walls.

Internal Finishes

It’s all in the detail. Our spacious homes are finished with Jasmine white paint, making the perfect blank canvas, and feature ceilings that are higher, bringing in lots of natural light. Our staircases are finished with contemporary softwood spindles painted white, and an oak square newel post, capping and oak handrail. For those who are tech savvy, we include media plates to the lounge and family areas, as well as USB sockets to the kitchen, lounge and main bedroom.

External Finishes

Our homes are filled with character on the inside and out. We use a variety of brick, stone and render across our developments, as well as different coloured front doors and garages, to create attractive street scenes and make your home feel different to your neighbours’. The Fairways is located on the outskirts of the quaint market town of Penrith, benefitting from the surrounding attractive scenery of the Lake District and Eden Valley, whilst being within walking distance of the town centre.

Close by is Penrith Golf Course, which won GolfMark Club of the year in 2016, as well as the Beacon – a monument built in 1719, which can be accessed via a walking route and has breathtaking views at the top.

There are excellent transport links, with easy access to the M6 and A66, as well as local bus stops and a train station. There are lots of educational facilities in Penrith, including Beaconside Primary School, North Lakes School and Queen Elizabeth Grammar School.

Penrith benefits from independent food establishments offering local produce; local restaurants, bars and cafés include Cranstons, The Lounge, Four and Twenty and The Country Coffee Shop.
