We’ve released an artist impression of our new development Greengate Meadow in Levens as work starts on site.
The development features a beautiful collection of semi-detached and detached properties in a range of three, four, and five-bedrooms offering up to 1,905 sq ft of living space. As well as boasting high specification interiors these homes will feature attractive exteriors incorporating sandstone, brickwork and render, adding to the charm of the area and creating the stunning street scenes for which we are renowned.
The development consists of 49 homes, and will boost the supply of new homes and make a positive contribution towards the supply of affordable housing in the area.
Sales for Greengate Meadow will launch at an exclusive invite only event in the Summer prior to release to the general public.

Construction of the high quality homes is underway, with the first residents due to move in winter 2017 / 2018.
