Last week we hosted a successful pre-launch event for Brougham Fields – our new 149-home development in Carleton, Penrith.
Due to overwhelming interest, a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes were released in advance of our official on-site launch, and the three-day pre-launch event was fully booked with safe 1-2-1 appointments. The demand for our homes was high, with two homes being reserved at the event and a further three customers opting to place Early Bird reservations on properties that have not yet been released for sale.

Brougham Fields is located in the market town of Penrith, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Lake District and Eden Valley, and will include a mixture of high quality, two, three, four and five-bedroom properties.
Following the pre-launch event, Brougham Fields will be marketed from Brockley Bank development in Plumpton, and we anticipate that the marketing suite and show home will open in January 2021.
