We have released the first homes for sale at our prestigious development The Willows – with the first reservation secured at our launch event last weekend.
We welcomed potential buyers to the Marketing Suite launch on site, where more than 30 families attended to find out more about the 59-home executive development in Blackwell, Darlington. All the properties will be spacious, detached 4 or 5 bedroom homes.
The first home reserved was the grand 5-bedroom ‘Turnberry‘ house type, which the Blackburn family (pictured below) were thrilled to be able to secure. They had been following the progress of the development from the very start, and having placed an early bird reservation at our recent pre-launch event they have now officially reserved their dream home.
