James Watson, 37, and his wife Suzanne, 34, from Acklam were looking for a larger family home in the area when they spotted an advert in the local press for the new Story Homes development, Kingsbrook Wood. After visiting the marketing suite they soon snapped up a ‘Carlisle’ house type from the Story Homes range: a 4 bedroom detached home offering spacious living accommodation with plenty of room for a growing family.
With their two girls, Sophie, 11 and Caitlin, 16, the family are looking forward to life in their new home and James says: “We chose a new house as we can make sure everything is just how we want it as soon as we move in. It’s all fabulous! I think we will have a lovely time living at Kingsbrook Wood as we have already met some of the neighbours and they all seem lovely.”
