Michelle Wright has been our Sales Executive at Kingsbrook Wood for over a year and, as this development is now fully sold, Michelle has now moved to our newest development, Brookfield Woods.
Brookfield Woods, which we recently launched and released the first homes for sale, connects to Kingsbrook Wood in the aspirational area of Stainsby, Middlesbrough.
We had a chat with Michelle to find out why she loves working at Story Homes and what she believes are the benefits of living at Brookfield Woods…
Why did you want to join Story Homes?
I love seeing new style homes being built and meeting new and interesting people, so this is really the perfect job for me. Story Homes in particular appealed to me as it is a family business that is continually growing and offers plenty of opportunities. I am proud to say I work for a five-star housebuilder that delivers such high quality homes.
What do you most enjoy about your role?
I enjoy being part of the whole journey, from meeting customers for the first time when they visit the Marketing Suite through to handing over the keys to their dream home and then looking after them as they settle in.
What is the most challenging part of the job?
As we are rapidly expanding in the North East and our developments are so popular, I am often very busy juggling day-to-day administration and ensuring our customers always receive great service via phone, email or when they visit us. It is really just about prioritising my workload to make sure that I am providing the best customer experience I possibly can to each and every customer.
What are the benefits of living at Brookfield Woods?
As with all Story Homes, the properties are beautiful and are built and finished to a high specification so it is a pleasure to introduce them to homebuyers and tell them about the Story Difference. This development has a good choice of three, four and five-bedroom homes and is in a fantastic location with access to major link roads so, as with Kingsbrook Wood, we are expecting it to be very popular.
What do you think customers buying on this development are looking for?
With Kingsbrook Wood now sold out, there are a lot of families who would like to live in this location but missed out on securing a home, so we are pleased that we can now offer them another chance to buy.
Kingsbrook Wood has a thriving community with nearly all residents moved in, so those living at Brookfield Woods will benefit from this; as the developments are next to each other it won’t feel like a brand new and empty site for the first few residents.
The location is perfect for families looking for a spacious home with great transport links – the A174, A19 and A66 – on the doorstep. Customers are always commenting on the character of our new build homes and also the attractive street scenes, which set our developments apart from others in the area.
