New phase launching at Summerpark, Dumfries

Luxury Homes at Summerpark in Dumfries

The next phase of the award winning Summerpark development in Dumfries is set to launch this week.

A variety of different house types are available, as well as some of the best selling house types from previous phases. The first of the new properties, which includes 65 new build homes, will be completed for customers to move into from July onwards.

The new house types include:

• The Sanquhar, a 1,762 sq ft 4 bedroom detached property
• The Levan, a 1,629 sq ft 4 bedroom detached property
• The Dunbar, a 1,310 sq ft 4 bedroom detached property
• The Laurieston, a 1,162 sq ft 3 bedroom town house
• The Mouswald, a 1,094 sq ft 4 bedroom detached property
• The Roslin, a 971 sq ft 3 bedroom semi-detached property

The popular Auchen house type, which is has already been built at Summerpark, will also feature on the next phase. The Auchen is a traditional four bedroom detached house with ensuite master bedroom, an open plan kitchen dining room, utility room and a large double aspect living space with French doors to the rear patio. As with every Story Home, the Auchen is finished to a higher than average specification and has the quality trademarks associated with Story Homes.
