Introducing The Charlton

The 5-bedroom Charlton has been designed with flexible living in mind, making it perfect for those who need adaptable spaces. The large L-shaped open plan kitchen/dining/family area is a standout feature, complete with a stylish kitchen island with space for three stools, a dining area that accommodates an eight-seater table, and large bi-folding doors that further expand the living area, making it an excellent space for entertaining. There is also room for a three-seater corner sofa, and the practical utility room offers additional storage space.

The open hallway features two windows that maximise natural light, creating a welcoming entrance. In addition to the large separate lounge which can accommodate two three-seater sofas and two chairs, there is a versatile room at the front of the home that can be used as a study, play area, or snug, offering endless possibilities to suit your lifestyle. The large integral garage, accessible through the utility room, provides additional space that could be utilised as a home gym and there is also a downstairs WC for added convenience.

Upstairs, four of the bedrooms are double, including the main bedroom, which boasts a separate dressing area and a large en-suite with a spacious shower. For added convenience, this home includes a second en-suite and a main bathroom featuring a double-ended bath, a separate shower enclosure, white sanitaryware and designer Porcelanosa tiles. The fifth bedroom is a flexible space that could be used as a study, playroom, or single bedroom.

Externally the detailing of the Charlton is eye-catching. This home has a grand entrance and coloured cast stone window sills, creating enviable kerb appeal. Complete with a block paved driveway, a patio area to the turfed back garden and fencing, this home is ready to make memories in.

The lounge

The bright and airy lounge offers the perfect place to relax with large windows that fill the room with light.

Our Interior Designer's styling tip:

The open plan kitchen/dining/family area is a great space for entertaining and can accommodate a large 8-seater table by the bi-folds, keeping the family area as a cosy snug area with a TV.

Our Interior Designer's styling tip:

Using a wallpaper on the stair wall gives a lovely entry into the home. Consider using the same wallpaper in a different colourway on the landing wall at the top of the stairs, or perhaps use a feature paint tone on this wall instead. A radiator cover at the top of the stairs looks great and gives a surface to dress, along with an area to have a statement piece of artwork or mirror above.

The main bedroom

Step inside the palatial main bedroom with a spacious dressing area, giving the feel of a boutique hotel and the ideal space for fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom two

A lavish second bedroom or delightful guest bedroom with plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobes and bedside tables.

Here's what our customers say about their main bathroom...

The bathroom tiling is stunning, we chose it and the design of them is perfect. It is lovely. We have a feature wall in the shower and over the bath, it looks absolutely stunning. The whole house is lovely, no doubt about it.

Bedroom three

Bedroom three also benefits from plenty of space to facilitate a double bed or twin beds and has the ideal alcove for your wardrobes.

Bedroom four

Generously sized bedroom four is almost identical to Bedroom Three, but also boasts a built-in storage cupboard for tidying away toys, making this the perfect nursery or child’s bedroom.

Bedroom five

The smallest room in the house is surprisingly spacious and can facilitate a double bed and wardrobes. Or if another bedroom is not needed in your home, how about an additional dressing room, office or even a storage space if the garage has been transformed into a home gym.

I like the kitchen island. It's really big and well put together.
