We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating by leading bodies in the housebuilding industry.
The results from the national new homes customer satisfaction survey – carried out by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and the National House Building Council (NHBC) – confirm that Story Homes has received a five-star satisfaction rating, with more than nine in 10 customers recommending us to a friend.
In addition to this impressive result, we have achieved a further accolade for customer service from ‘In-house’ – the customer satisfaction research body for the residential property sector – receiving a ‘Gold’ rating after 94% of customers said they would recommend us.

Alongside these awards, we have reached a rating of 4.7 stars on Trustpilot; this is an industry leading score and is the highest TrustScore in the ‘Home Builder’ category on Trustpilot. This is a further testament to our commitment to providing excellent customer service.
