The popular ‘Warwick’ makes the perfect family home. Open the doors to a hallway filled with natural light shining in from the skylight above. The blue and cream colour themes work beautifully to provide a dramatic atmosphere as you enter and starts off the water theme.

The sleek design offers a black high definition work surface and white cupboards finished off with contrasting flooring which works superbly well. The large lounge and dining area continue to utilize the colour theme of creams with splashes of blue and pink giving the living area a timeless and classic look.
Upstairs are four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en suite. Each room is elegantly designed and adds to the charm of the property. A couple of the larger bedrooms boast fitted wardrobes and highlight just how spacious the rooms are. Although designed differently to the Warwick, the Wellington show home next door is equally as thoughtfully designed. The classic creams, browns and muted autumnal shades run throughout the home enhancing light and space in every room.

perfectly with current trends for this time of year. The muted autumnal colour theme continues into the kitchen, which is complete with integrated appliances and has room for an additional breakfast table, also benefitting from French doors leading out to the garden.
The elegant palette continues in the four bedrooms upstairs and hints of greys and light greens add a touch of colour.
