What’s around The Fairways?

Our new homes at The Fairways offer a picturesque location, with beautiful views of the Lake District. The development is only a mile away from Penrith town centre – which is a bustling district with a wide range of restaurants, bars and pubs to choose from, including The Lounge, Four & Twenty and Fyr Grill.

Close by is the Penrith Golf Course, as well as the Penrith Beacon, a monument built in 1719 located on top of Beacon Hill. It overlooks the Eden Valley and the hills of Lakeland, making it a popular spot with walkers.

The development is close to the A66, which links to the M6 motorway, and Penrith train station is only a short drive away.
