Explore our two new show homes opening at St John’s Manor

September 2020

Join us on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September to celebrate the opening of our two brand new show homes at St John’s Manor in Callerton.

Over the course of the weekend, appointments will be available between 11am and 5pm for visitors to explore the five-bedroom, detached ‘Charlton’ property and the four-bedroom, detached ‘Hewson’ – the first of this house type to be built in the North East.

Our experienced Sales Executive Amber will be on hand to share more information about our house types – which include a range of three, four and five-bedroom properties.

The two new homes which have been beautifully styled by our talented interior designers, Abode and you can view a sneak peek of the designer’s mood boards, here. Below is a little more information about the two house types:

The Charlton

The Charlton offers 1905 sq ft of living space across two floors, as well as a large integral garage which can be accessed from a utility room.

Downstairs there is a spacious hallway and a cloakroom toilet, as well as a study room and a large lounge. The kitchen/dining/family room features bi-fold doors to the back garden and is connected to the utility room which has an external door.

Upstairs there are five bedrooms, a storage cupboard, and a main bathroom which includes a walk-in shower and separate bath. The generously sized master bedroom has a dressing area and an en-suite with walk-in shower, and the second bedroom also includes an en-suite with walk-in shower.

The Hewson

The Hewson offers 1561 sq ft of living across two floors, as well as an integral single garage which can be accessed from the spacious hall.

Downstairs the lounge is to the front of the property and there is also a cloakroom toilet. The kitchen/dining/family area spans the width of the back of the property featuring French doors to the garden, and there is a utility next to the kitchen with an external door.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms and main bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bath and white sanitaryware. The master bedroom features a dressing area as well as an en-suite, and the second bedroom also benefits from an en-suite.
