We’re inviting local residents and stakeholders to share their views on our proposals for Phase 3 of The Fairways in Penrith, as we look to build on the success of our existing development.
The proposals would see around 265 new homes delivered on land to the north of the current development, including a mix of house styles and sizes to suit a range of buyers. Around 30% of the homes would be affordable, helping to address local housing needs.
Plans also include a proposed community centre, an equipped play area, public open space and new landscaping, alongside measures to enhance biodiversity and encourage more sustainable travel.
The public consultation gives local people the opportunity to find out more about our plans and share their feedback before a planning application is submitted. Feedback can be submitted until midnight on Friday 13 November 2026.
