Chris and Dennis not only wanted to downsize they wanted to right-size when they moved in to their three-bedroom semi-detached Chester at Brookwood Park.
The couple who run a picture framing business, lived in Lytham, and were looking for a bungalow to eventually retire to. They didn’t have their home on the market and when they drove past our Brookwood Park development – they called in to have a look around the show homes and see what properties were available as they loved the location.
Chris said: “I immediately fell in love with the Chester house type as it looks like a cottage. I’ve bought new builds before and have never had the treatment I’ve had with Story before. Joel, the assistant site manager, showed us around the house and did the home demonstration. The team have ensured every little detail has been thought about and even when we had any issues they’ve sorted them out right away and we’ve had every confidence in them.
